By downloading, installing, or using the Queens mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Puzzlyhub ("we", "our", or "us").

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the App on your personal mobile device
  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not allow you to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
  • Copy, distribute, or sell the App or any part of it
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Transmit any malware or harmful code

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Puzzlyhub and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Queens name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Puzzlyhub. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. By using the App, you agree to view these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUZZLYHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also terminate this agreement by deleting the App from your device.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Puzzlyhub is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
